I’m loving the warmer weather in Melbourne at the moment. It improves my mood tenfold! That said I’m starting to feel a tiny bit depressed about having to head to Europe for the winter. It’s 9 degrees in Vienna which is my first stop and there is still a little over a month for it to get colder!

I make a really easy raspberry smoothie. A large handful of frozen raspberries, a heaped tablespoon of greek yoghurt and some organic oj (like nudie) and I just blend it. So easy and so delicious!

It’s not even summer in Portugal anymore, but I’m for sure trying these smoothies!
Just not sure about bell pepper in a smoothie, but I will try it 🙂
    Also, amazing colours!

    Lots of hugs, A

I never thought to put capsicum in a mango smoothie?! I guess it gives it a fresher sweetness to it! I’ll give it a try! 🙂
