“The great affair is to move” – this is such a famous line from Stevenson’s “Travels with a Donkey” (and my favourite, too). When I read it it made me want to explore the world – and so did these quotes. Thanks for the brainy post!

Great post with great quotes! They all are very inspirational. In less than 6 months I am travelling for the first longer than a week and to different places. I am not going alone, but with my boyfriend. We are going to travel for four weeks through or own continent: Europe. I think it will be a great start to travel. because I really want to travel around the whole world. But I am a student, so for me I think it is a little bit to early to make longer travels

    Hi Brooke! How are you?

I’m from Brazil (sorry about my english) and I founded your blog recently. Love your posts!

I’m a traveller beginner and I’m going to USA in March. This will be my first travel abroad, I’m so excited!!!

If it’s possible, can you write a post about how you start to travel? Why you decide to do this and whats decisions you made to start travelling.

    I’ll love it!

“Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail” quote has completely changed my life. I saw it first on a card in the Chelsea Market in NYC my first summer there and just 3 years later I got married there and made this place my home. Crazy!
